The US National Security Archive has declassified CIA and FBI Intelligence Reports on the case of Luis Posada Carriles, a Cuban-born international terrorist who is wanted in Venezuela and other countries as a fugitive from justice. Posada Carriles has admitted to being the mastermind of numerous terrorist actions, including the October 1976 sabotage bombing of a Cubana airliner, blown up in mid-air and killing all 73 passengers on board.The archive documents can be found here and futher information can be found here.
